How to play Pishti: rules and scoring

52-card deck
Four cards each

Goal: Capture cards from the table and score the most points.

Setup

Four cards go on the table with the top one face up.
Everyone gets four cards.
When hands run out, deal four more each.

How to play

Take turns playing one card.
If it matches the top card on the table, you capture the whole pile.
A jack captures the whole pile too.
Capturing a single card with a matching card is a pishti.

Scoring

Pishti	+10
Jack pishti	+20
Each ace and jack	+1
Two of clubs	+2
Ten of diamonds	+3
Most cards captured	+3

Winning

The first to reach the target (e.g. 151) wins.
